PAT works with the owner’s engineers, consulting firms and general contractors on Design-Build as well as traditional Design-Bid-Build opportunities, always working as a team to put the goals of the client first. We leverage our extensive experience, purchasing power and innovative technologies to select the most appropriate solution for each challenge. In addition, we procure and manufacture all equipment and provide start-up, commissioning and training services.
For established and aging plants our engineering and field services group works directly with the municipal agency to identify areas of the plant that needs improvements, parts replacements, retrofits or expansions. As technology improves, PAT can bring great savings and increased ease of operation to our clients through replacement of outdated components.
